In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ec777e," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at ec777e.app and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the ec777e website, mobile-optimised interface, progressive web application, and all games, sportsbook, and account management features provided thereon.
• "User," "Player," or "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ec777e Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User upon completing the ec777e registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a User's ec777e Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, separately designated bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free-play amounts credited to a User's Account under an ec777e promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document review, required by ec777e to comply with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policies.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate wagering amount that must be completed on eligible games before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

To access the full range of ec777e services, including real-money wagering and PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, you must register an Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• You may register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts operated by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms. ec777e employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts; where such Accounts are identified, all Accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or Pakistani mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ec777e will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify ec777e immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at the address provided in Section 16.
• ec777e reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

ec777e accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online, and Meezan Bank. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed within the Wallet section of your Account dashboard.
• All funds deposited into your ec777e Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• ec777e does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. By depositing, you warrant that all funds are from a legitimate source.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. ec777e is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network interruptions on the part of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking partner.
• ec777e does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which ec777e accepts no liability.
• ec777e reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. Any change to available methods will be reflected in the Wallet section of the Platform.

Withdrawals of real-money balances from ec777e are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Account, or to a method verified as belonging to the Account holder through KYC procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. ec777e may request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
• ec777e targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified Accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing schedules and the outcome of any applicable security review.
• ec777e reserves the right to delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where a security investigation is ongoing. ec777e will notify the Account holder of any such delay where legally permissible.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus funds, once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance in accordance with applicable promotion terms.

ec777e offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, and to the following general rules:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games for wagering requirement completion vary by promotion. Games with high RTP values, including certain table games and Dragon Gate, may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Individual promotion pages will specify applicable contribution percentages.

• Promotions are intended for entertainment purposes only. ec777e makes no representation that any promotional offer will result in financial gain for the Player.

All games available on the ec777e Platform, including slots such as Dragon Hatch and Dragon Gate, live dealer games, virtual games, and instant-win products, are governed by the following provisions:

• All ec777e game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used in ec777e games are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
• Advertised Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may deviate significantly from the theoretical RTP in either direction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a round, ec777e's decision as to the resolution of the affected round shall be final. ec777e will not be liable for losses arising from interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the ec777e sportsbook pages. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, sport-specific rules prevail.
• ec777e reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time, including during active play. Bets placed prior to suspension will stand unless the market is declared void under applicable market rules.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without rescheduling within a specified period will be voided, and stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• ec777e will not be responsible for bets placed on incorrect odds arising from a manifest error. Where a manifest error has occurred, ec777e reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to the Player's real-money balance promptly following settlement of the event. Settlement times may vary depending on the availability of official results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ec777e Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or terminated, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with games.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Opening multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing limits placed on an Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any Player who identifies a bug must report it to ec777e support immediately and must not exploit or disclose it.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Abusing bonuses through low-risk wagering strategies, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets across markets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions where ec777e has applied them.

ec777e reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• At the request of the Account holder, including through the responsible gaming self-exclusion mechanism described in Section 11.

Upon Account termination for breach, ec777e may forfeit all Account balances including both real-money and bonus funds. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach — for example, at the Player's own request — real-money balances will be returned to the Account holder via the last verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

ec777e is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered Players with a suite of tools designed to support healthy gaming habits. The following responsible gaming features are available within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their ec777e Account.
• Reality Check Notifications: Players may configure periodic notifications reminding them of their cumulative session duration and wagering activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains inaccessible and the Player will not receive promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude their ec777e Account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and can be applied for periods of up to five years or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked, all marketing communications cease, and the Player may not register a new Account.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ec777e Platform without prior written consent from ec777e.
• The ec777e name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ec777e's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ec777e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• ec777e shall not be liable for any interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, acts of God, or events beyond ec777e's reasonable control.
• Gambling involves financial risk. ec777e does not guarantee that any Player will win money, and is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal Platform use.
• ec777e provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ec777e collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key principles governing ec777e's data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication with Players about account activity and promotions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, Players should in the first instance contact ec777e customer support with full details of the dispute. ec777e will aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
